Douglasville

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Justin Douglas Withers, age 35, of Douglasville, GA. He was born May 4, 1990, in Yuba City, CA, and was son of Cheryl A. Withers and the late Douglas B. Withers.

Justin is remembered by his sister Melissa Rutledge and brother-in-law, Kenneth Rutledge, along with their three children: Sadie, Everett and Madison. He will also be missed by his canine brother-in-spirit, Grizzly, as well as his many extended family members and friends. Everyone will miss him deeply.

Justin was a proud member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local Union 613 for over 12 years. Justin loved everything outdoors and anything sports. He shared many memories with friends and family at the lake, at the gym, while fishing and hanging out at the beach, on the mat, and at the field. Justin also had a passion for riding dirtbikes. He was always the first one to stand up for the little man and will always be known to his friends by the nickname, “Hate.” He touched the lives of everyone who had the honor of knowing him. His charisma, humor and outgoing spirit will be remembered forever. He leaves behind a legacy of love and strength that will live on in all of us.
