Katherine Elizabeth Ingalsbe

Katherine “Katie” Elizabeth Ingalsbe, 52, of Douglasville, Georgia passed away on October 22, 2022. She is the daughter of William Chace and JoAn Johnstone Chace.

For 17 years, Katie worked in behavioral medicine at the Yerkes Primate Center. She loved the outdoors, hunting, her dogs, and horses. She was passionate about all sciences, but especially archeology. Her joy came in spending time with her family.

Katie is survived and her memory will be carried on by her beloved husband, Farrell, her daughter Kylee Morgan and step-daughter Jennie Elizabeth Hodges (Keith), grandchildren (Logan, Payton, Avery), her parents Bill and JoAn Chace, her brother Will (Mary), nieces (Danielle, Shelby), and half-brothers, Mark Becker and Jason Becker.

In accordance with her wishes, Mrs. Ingalsbe will be cremated, a memorial service will take place at Jones-Wynn Funeral home in Douglasville on Saturday, November 19, 2022  at 10:00 AM.
