Kathryn Ray Williams

Mrs. Kathryn Ray Williams, age 77 of Douglasville, Georgia passed away Monday, May 31, 2021. She was born February 27, 1944 in Atlanta, Georgia the daughter of the late Mr. Kenneth Ollie Williams and the late Mrs. Frances Irene Ray Williams. Mrs. Williams loved spending time with her family and her grandchildren. She loved the beach, mountains, camping and shopping. She loved spending time with her family and her grandchildren. Mrs. Williams was a member of Central Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Mr. Jerry Hannan Williams. Mrs. Williams is survived by daughters and son-in-law, Teresa Lynn and Robert Vaughn of Douglasville, Georgia, Tina Smith, Terry Smith and Terry Biggs of Villa Rica, Georgia; four grandchildren, Matthew and Brittany Vaughn of Villa Rica, Georgia, Kevin and Summer Vaughn of Hiram, Georgia, Krista and Zack Brooks of Villa Rica, Georgia, Tyler Smith of Whitesburg, Georgia; six great grandchildren, Cameron Vaughn, Harper Vaughn, Oakley Brooks, Aspyn Brooks, Baylor Brooks, Wyatt Vaughn; several nieces and nephews also survive. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home of Douglasville Thursday, June 3, 2021 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM. Funeral Services will be conducted Friday, June 4, 2021 at 2:00 PM from the Chapel of Jones- Wynn Funeral Home of Douglasville. Interment will follow at Sunrise Memorial Gardens.
