Kenneth Eugene "Buddy" Strickland

Kenneth Eugene “Buddy” Strickland, 47, of Bremen, Georgia passed away Thursday, May 22, 2008 at Heartland Hospice in Austell. Mr. Strickland was born December 28, 1960 in Douglas County, Georgia. Mr. Strickland was a carpenter and painter. Mr. Strickland was preceded in death by his step-mother, Frances Strickland. Survivors include his loving wife, Tammy Camp Strickland of Bremen; daughters, Faith and Jessica Lynn Strickland, both of Hogansville; step children, Kate McTaggart and Leonard Camp, both of Bremen; father, Leroy Strickland of Douglasville; mother, JoAnn Tallent of Bremen; sister, Connie Hogan of Waco; brothers, Stanley Strickland of Villa Rica, and David Ramsey of Bremen; and step brother, Jack McAdams of Douglasville; and several nieces and nephews and one great nephew. Funeral Services will be conducted Sunday, May 25, 2008 at 2:00 PM from the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica with Rev. Anthony Puckett and Rev. Johnny White officiating. Interment will follow at Powell Chapel Cemetery. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica on Saturday, May 24, 2008 from 11:00 AM until 9:00 PM.
