Kenneth Michael Massey

Kenneth “Ken” Michael Massey, 54, of Douglasville, Georgia, passed away on Wednesday,

January 29, 2025, leaving behind a heartbroken family and countless cherished memories. He

was the beloved son of the late Gerrie Sjolin Lewis and Kimsey Michael Massey.

Ken’s greatest joys were being with his wonderful children and grandchildren, creating

memories that will be treasured forever. Whether cheering on his favorite NASCAR drivers,

knocking down pins at the bowling alley, or showing kindness to all that knew him, more than

anything, Ken will be remembered as a devoted, caring father – a man whose love and support

were unwavering. His absence leaves a space that can never truly be filled.

He is survived by his loving daughter, Ireland Massey; his proud son, Chance Massey and

Chance’s wife, Reilly; his stepson, Kenneth Abernathy; and his adoring step-grandchildren,

Aiden and Julie. Ken’s memory will live on in their hearts and the stories they’ll share for years

to come.
