Kenny Melvin Henslee

Mr. Kenny Melvin Henslee, 56, of Villa Rica, Georgia passed away Sunday, January 15, 2006 at Tanner Medical Center in Carrollton. He was born September 30, 1949 in Douglas County, Georgia the son of Mrs. Alice Hasford Henslee and the late Mr. Hubert Henslee. He married Mattie Lou Hulsey on March 29, 1969 in Douglasville, Georgia. He was a member of Union Hill Baptist Church in Winston and was a Fork Lift Operator at Mary Ann Industries in Villa Rica. He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Mrs. Mattie Lou Hulsey Henslee of Villa Rica; one daughter, Rebecca Henslee of Douglasville; one son and daughter-in-law, Jeffrey and Felicia Henslee of Winston; his mother, Mrs. Alice Hasford Henslee of Villa Rica; one sister and brother-in-law, Maria and Billy Hulsey of Villa Rica; one brother, Jerry Henslee of Villa Rica; 7 grandchildren, Heather Henslee, Amber Henslee, Kaitlin Henslee, Kenneth Mooneyham, Jessica Mooneyham, Kattie Minter, and Tiffany Minter; other family members, Kennith Mooneyham of Douglasville and Anna Henslee of Villa Rica; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, January 17, 2006 at 2:00 PM from the Douglas Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Ephesus Cemetery in Winston. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home, Douglas Chapel on Monday, January 16, 2006 from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
