Kress Phillips

Mr. Kress Laurel “Phil” Phillips, Jr., age 76, of Douglasville, Georgia passed away Saturday, November 26, 2011 at Wellstar Kennestone Hospital. He was born October 24, 1935 in Tuscaloosa, Alabama the son of the late Mr. Kress Laurel Phillips, Sr. and the late Mrs. Gladys Stewart Phillips. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and retired from Season Four. He is survived by his wife, Diane Joan Nicolosi Phillips of Douglasville; four children; ten grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; one niece and one nephew. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home, Douglas Chapel, Friday, December 2, 2011 from 4:00 PM until 5:00 PM. Memorial Services will be conducted Friday, December 2, 2011 at 5:00 PM from the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Douglasville.
