Kristin Ashley Wilson

Kristin Ashley Wilson, 41, of Villa Rica, passed away on Monday, February 3, 2025. She was born on July 7, 1983, the daughter of Richard Todd Wilson (Marty) and Jan Bennett Fiquette (David).

Her greatest joy came from her son Talan, who she cherished deeply. As a devoted mother, he was truly her world, and her love for him shone brightly in every aspect of her life. Kristin worked for eighteen years at Dr. Claude Daniel’s Dental office, where her commitment to her work and her warm demeanor were evident to patients and colleagues alike. Kristin was a devoted employee. She was also employed with Triple H Towing as an office administrator. Outside of her professional achievements, Kristin was known for her vibrant personality and zest for life. She enjoyed spending time outdoors, going to the beach and hanging out by the pool. She was a passionate fan of the University of Alabama

She is preceded in death by her brother, Bryce Wilson; grandparents, Frankie and Earlene Bennett and Wilburn and Shirley Wilson.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her son, Talan Wilson of Villa Rica; sisters, Kandis Wilson of Dallas and Abbegail Womack (Michael) of Rockmart; brother, Kendall (Chelsea) Palmer of Rockmart; step-brothers, Tyler (Traci) Fiquette, and Evan (Ashton) Fiquette; aunts and uncles, Karen Richardson (Greg) of Buchanan, Karen McMichael (Steve) of Bowdon, Kim Benefield (Michael) of Hiram, Jackie Kelly (Shawn) of Temple, Janice Martin (Jason) of Douglasville, Ronald Fiquette (Robin) of Villa Rica; nieces and nephews, Avery, Blakley, Bennett, Blakelyn, Jackson, and Axel; grandparents, Charlotte and Jim Primm of Cartersville, Barbara Fiquette of Douglasville; cousins, Kimberly Wheeler, Gregory Richardson and Kerry Outen; special friends, Kim and Lisa Palmer, Meredith Howard, Ashley Morris, Tyre Armstrong, and Gina Lawler.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, February 6, 2025 from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home Douglas Chapel. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 PM on Thursday, February 6, 2025 at the Douglas Chapel of Jones-Wynn with Reverend Fred Blalock and Reverend Gregory Richardson officiating.
