Larry Shultz

Mr. Larry John Shultz of Douglasville, GA and formerly Adams Center, NY passed away in his sleep on the morning of Friday, April 14, 2017; after a long hard fight with liver failure due to a faulty hip replacement. He retired in January 2013 after many years working for Bette & Cring, LLC Construction as a Project Manager. Anyone that knew him knew he loved God, his family, hard work, trains, people and hunting. He enjoyed coffee & donuts, apple pie, Oreo cookie and ice cream. He would do anything that he could for anyone and that is how he raised his kids as well. He loved fiercely and was fiercely loved.He is survived by his wife of 52 years Kay Rita Cring Shultz. His children Jim & Melissa Tessmer of Macon, GA; John Shultz of Far Rockaway, NY; Jamie & Christina (Barber) Shultz of South Daytona, FL; and Andrew & Christina English of Douglasville, GA. His twenty grandchildren and one great grandchild. His brother Murray Shultz of Adams, NY; his sisters Karen McGrath of Adams, NY, Bonnie Walsh and Carol Porter of Mannsville, NY and a large extended family. He was born January 31, 1944 and was the son of the late John William Shultz and Margaret Ayerst Shultz of Mansville, NY. Graveside Services will be conducted at Meadowbrook Memory Gardens in Villa Rica, GA on Wednesday, April 19th, 2017 at 11 AM. Messages of condolences, www.jones-wynn.com.
