Ms. Latricia LeAnne Hyneman, 43, of Villa Rica, Georgia passed away Wednesday, July 11, 2007 after an extended battle with multiple sclerosis. She was born June 28, 1964 in Corinth, Mississippi; the daughter of Patricia Anne Foote Hyneman and the late Kenneth Norman Hyneman. Ms. Hyneman graduated with honors from Villa Rica High School in 1982 where she was active in the marching band, drill team, flag corps, and Beta Club. During her high school years, she received a Biology award and was runner up as Miss VRHS. After high school, she attended West Georgia College and transferred in 1984 to the University of Georgia where she received a B.S. in Political Science in 1986. She was an active member of the Phi Mu Sorority and the Young Republicans. After graduation, she began her internship with Athens Legal Aid Office. In 1987, she graduated from The National Center for Paralegal Training in Atlanta and was employed by Greene, Buckley, DeRieux & Jones Law Firm until early retirement. Ms. Hyneman enjoyed art, reading and drawing but her greatest, enjoyment was spending time with her nieces and nephews. She was a member of Bremen Church of Christ. In addition to her father, Kenneth Hyneman, she was preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Kenneth Lee Hyneman, and a niece, Hollis Hyneman. Survivors include her mother, Patricia Hyneman of Villa Rica, sister and brother in-law, Ginger and Rob Stephenson of Villa Rica; brothers and sister in-laws, Todd and Gina Hyneman of Greenville, South Carolina; and Heath and Amalie Hyneman of Villa Rica; maternal grandparents, Alfred Franklin and Mamie Ruth Foote of Iuka, Mississippi; paternal grandmother, Ernestine Lee Hyneman of Corinth, Mississippi; and nieces and nephews, Elizabeth Stephenson, Maggie Stephenson, Kenneth Norman âCappâ Hyneman II, Christian Hyneman, Hudson Hyneman and Layton Hyneman. Funeral Services will be conducted on Saturday, July 14, 2007 at 11:00 AM from the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica with Rev. Jeff Jones, Dr. Larry Boss, Kerry Miller, Todd Hyneman and Minister John Latimer officiating. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica, Friday, July 13, 2007 from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
