Laurence John "Larry" Eaton

Mr. Laurence John “Larry” Eaton, age 56, of Douglasville, Georgia passed away Tuesday, September 18, 2007 at Wellstar Cobb Hospital. He was born April 22, 1951 in London, England the son of the late Mr. William Eaton and the late Mrs. Louise Jane Millie Campbell Eaton. He was a member of the Church of England, was a carpenter, and was an accomplished musician. He was a member of the Bartlett Lodge #138 F&AM in Hiram. He is survived by his wife, Carol Jean Muncy Eaton of Douglasville; three daughters and sons-in-law, Leah Saliba of Kennesaw, Rachel and Brian Daniel of Cumming, Kelle and Mark Holloway of Carrollton; one son and daughter-in-law, David and Donna Whitt of Tatum, Texas; one brother, Robert Eaton of India; his aunt, Edith Gallavin of Rochester, NY; and 10 grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be conducted Saturday, September 29, 2007 at 2:00 PM from Mount Zion Baptist Church on Hwy 5 in Whitesburg with Rev. Dexter Landers officiating.
