Lena Mae JacksonMrs. Lena Mae Jackson, age 73, of Villa Rica, passed away, Monday, April 15, 2019. She was born May 30, 1945 in Crossville, TN, the daughter of the late Mr. Paul Kelly Daves and the late Mrs. Marie Caruthers Daves. Mrs. Jackson was a legal assistant for many years at Pursley, Howell, Lowery and Meeks in Atlanta. She retired from ING. She loved Gospel and Celtic music, reading, traveling and most of all, her grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William “Bud” Lee Jackson; brother, Charles Daves and nephew, Tony Daves. She is survived by her sons, Terry Jackson and Timothy Jackson, both of Villa Rica; sister, Valera Lemons of Ohio; brothers, Ross Daves of Crossville, TN, Floyd Daves of Crossville, TN; grandchildren, Brittany Cole of Villa Rica, Nicholas Jackson serving in the United States Navy; several nieces and nephew also survive. Funeral Services will be conducted Saturday, April 20, 2019 at 11:00 AM from the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home with Rev. Eddie Allen officiating. Interment will follow at Center Point Cemetery.
