Linda "Nena" Brittain

Linda Brittain, 80, of Douglasville, Georgia, passed away on Thursday, July 6, 2023. She was born on February 9, 1943. She is the daughter of the late John Campbell Martin, Jr. and the late Eve Pauline Brown.

Linda’s friends and family called her Nena.

Nena enjoyed fishing and reading. Coloring and painting were two hobbies that she loved. Nena also loved flowers and growing plants. She adored her dog, Stitch, and cat, Lilo. During highschool, Nena participated in many beauty pageants and won several.

In addition to her parents, Mrs. Brittain is preceded in death by her beloved husband, Alfred Ralph Brittain.

She is survived by her daughter, Kristie Moss and her husband, Eric of Douglasville, Georgia; son, Jeremy Brittain of Douglasville, Georgia; brother, Freddy Martin of Evans, Georgia; grandchildren, Michael Moss and Kira Moss; niece, Amy Henderson.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, July 15, 2023 from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home Villa Rica Chapel. The memorial service will be held on Saturday, July 15, 2023 at 12:00 PM at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home Villa Rica Chapel.
