Linda Duncan Northcutt

Linda Duncan Northcutt, age 84, of Douglasville, passed away Friday, June 9, 2023. She was born February 13, 1939 in Douglasville, the daughter of the late Mr. Ralph Duncan and the late Mrs. Vera Duncan. Mrs. Northcutt was very family oriented and was the best mother. She loved working in the yard and doing puzzles, especially jigsaw and word search.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Denver Northcutt; daughter, Valeta Northcutt and sister, Gail Garrison; brother in law, Ernest Camp; great grandson, Max Spears.

She is survived by her daughters, Rhonda (Carl) Creed, Renee (John) Englert both of Douglasville, Renee Cunningham of Gulf Shores, AL; son, Mark (Jenny) Northcutt of Fairburn; sisters, Nelda Camp of Winston, Kay (Kenny) Camp of Douglasville; brother in law, Ted Garrison of Douglasville; grandchildren, Brad Northcutt, Laura Chalk, Robert Spears, Benjamin Spears, Melanie Reynard, Amanda Lie, Heather Johnston, Katie Englert, M.J. Englert, James Cunningham, Jonathan Cunningham and Jason Cunningham; several great grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.

Family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Douglasville on Wednesday, June 14, 2023 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM. The funeral service will take place on Thursday, June 15, 2023 at 2:00 PM with Mr. Richard Stone officiating. Interment will follow at Sunrise Memorial Gardens in Lithia Springs.
