Mrs. Linda Sue Stover Swafford, age 70 of Temple, Georgia passed away Friday, October 23, 2020. She was born October 12, 1950 in Borger, Texas, the daughter of the late Mr. George Cliford Stover and the late Mrs. Bernice Eind Suddeth Stover. Mrs. Swafford worked as a cook at Martin's. She was of the Baptist faith.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Swafford was preceded in death by her husband, Charles E. Swafford; her daughter, Michelle Pike; her son, Donald Swafford; her sisters, Georgie Stover and Joann Harvey.
She is survived by her son, Brandon Bohannon of Temple; her daughters, Jessica Lynn and Dennis Britt of Carrollton and Lisa and Robert Shaver of Woodstock; son-in-law, Chris Boyd of Buchanan; her sister and brother-in-law, Ginger and Charles Harvery of Borger, Texas; her brothers and sister-in-law, Cliffford and Pam Stover of Houston, Texas, Steven Ray Stover of Borger, Texas and Eddie Enochs of Borger, Texas; 15 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; and a number nieces and nephews also survive.
The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home of Villa Rica, Friday, November 6, 2020 from 10:00AM until 11:00AM. Graveside service will be conducted Friday, November 6, 2020 at 11:30AM at Powell Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery on Flat Rock Road in Villa Rica with Minister Marcus McIntosh officiating.
