Linda Tant

Mrs. Linda Leathers Tant, age 73, of Villa Rica, passed away, Thursday, June 13, 2019. She was born May 27, 1946 in Villa Rica the daughter of the late Mr. Cecil Leathers and the late Mrs. Eula Willoughby Leathers. She was a Business Administrator for many years at Carrollton Manor. She was a nature and outdoor enthusiast. She loved traveling, gardening and animals. She is survived by her husband, Jimmy Tant; daughter and son-in-law, Laurie and Jimmy Cranford; son, Chris Tant; grandchildren, Sierra, Alex, James, and Chandler; many extended family members also survive. The family will receive friends and relatives at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica, Sunday, June 16, 2019 from 2:00 PM until 5:00 PM. A Celebration of Life will be conducted Saturday, June 22, 2019 from 1:00 PM until 4:00 PM at 9511 Highpoint Road in Villa Rica. In lieu of flowers the family asks that tribute donations be made to The National Park Foundation or St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital.
