Lisa Danielle Criswell

Lisa Danielle Criswell, 51, of Carrollton, passed away on Friday, June 13, 2025. She was born on February 11, 1974, the daughter of the late Wayman Jimmy Cohran, Sr. and the late Helen Turner Cohran.

Lisa enjoyed life and she loved to spend time with her family. She enjoyed everything outdoors, which included camping, fishing, walking and hiking.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grand-daughter, Addison Skye Criswell.

She is survived by her husband, Jesse James Criswell; children, Alisa Criswell, Jacob (Emily) Criswell, and Matthew Criswell all of Carrollton; sister, Dana Carlile of Carrollton; brother and sister-in-law, Wayman (Kashmir) Cohran, II of Carrollton; grandson, Noah Kai Criswell; aunts, Celia Beckom of Alabama, Minne Spadlin of Newnan; uncle, Herman Turner of Rockmart; several nieces and nephews; many cousins and extended family members.

The family will have a private funeral service.

Lisa leaves behind a legacy of love, and unwavering support that will resonate with all who knew her. She will be deeply missed but forever remembered in the hearts of those who had the honor of calling her family and friend.
