Lisa Lynn Hawkins

Lisa Lynn Hawkins, age 52, passed away on July 17, 2024. She was born on February 2, 1972, in Atlanta, Georgia, to the late Mrs. Sandra Lynn Hawkins.

She dedicated many years of her life to working at a veterinary clinic, where her passion for animals was evident. Lisa's journey began with attending trade school to become a veterinary assistant, reflecting her commitment to caring for our furry friends.

Beyond her professional life, Lisa was known for her warm and generous spirit. Her love for cooking extended far beyond the kitchen as she enjoyed preparing meals for all those around her. Family always held a special place in Lisa's heart, and she cherished the moments spent with her nieces and nephews. Her nurturing nature also led her to take charge of the nursery at her church, where she found joy in guiding and watching over the little ones.

Described as family-oriented, caring, and always willing to lend a helping hand, Lisa radiated positivity wherever she went. Her kindness touched the lives of many, leaving lasting impressions on all who had the pleasure of knowing her. One of Lisa's proudest accomplishments was the enduring relationship she shared with her late husband, Mr. Kenneth Laughter. Over twenty years of love and companionship are a testament to the depth of their bond.

In addition to her mother, she is preceded in death by her loving husband, Mr. Kenneth Laughter.

Lisa is survived by her sons, Douglas Hawkins and Steven Hawkins; daughter, Angel Hawkins; aunt, Karen Hawkins; as well as a number of nieces and nephews.

In accordance with her wishes, Mrs. Lisa Hawkins was cremated.
