Mrs. Malene Baxter Green Mrs. Malene Baxter Green, age 84, of Temple, Georgia passed away Tuesday, March 23, 2010 at Pine Knoll Nursing Home in Carrollton. She was born November 25, 1925, the daughter of the late Mr. Richard Franklin Baxter and Mrs. Maggie Cole Baxter. She was of Baptist Faith. She worked as a seamstress at Camp Cap Company for 41 years. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by brothers, Richard Baxter and J.H. Baxter, and sister Josephine Evans. She is survived by her husband Hollis Green of Temple; daughters and sons-in-law, Flora and Mack Jones of Carrollton, Joann and Carlton Jones of Carrollton, Joyce Bozeman of Temple; brother William Baxter of Newnan, 3 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren. Several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral Services will be conducted Thursday, March 25, 2010 at 4:30 PM at the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home of Villa Rica. Interment will follow at Meadowbrook Memory Gardens of Villa Rica. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral of Villa Rica, Wednesday, March 24, 2010 from 4:30 PM until 7:30 PM.
