Marcus Allen Smith

Mr. Marcus Allen Smith, 24, of Temple, Georgia passed away Thursday, June 28, 2007. He was born April 11, 1983 in Douglasville, Georgia; the son of Mark Everett Smith and Betty Jo Rhodes Browning. Mr. Smith was preceded in death by a sister, Mellisa LeAnn Smith. Survivors include his mother, Betty Jo (Jodie) Rhodes Browning of Acworth; father, Mark Everett Smith of Jonesboro; sister, Jennifer Mary Ilene Smith of Temple; brothers, Brian Wesley Richardson and Kevin Patrick Richardson, both of Mableton; and paternal grandmother, Shirley Callahan of Jonesboro. Funeral Services will be conducted on Monday, July 2, 2007 at 4:00PM in the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home, in Villa Rica with Evangelist Thomas Kelly officiating. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica, Sunday, July 1, 2007 from 11:00 AM until 9:00 PM. Interment will follow at Sunrise Memorial Gardens in Douglasville, Georgia. The following gentlemen will serve as pallbearers: Toby McDuffey, Michael Shaughnessy, Tommy Callahan, Christopher Rhodes, and Jason Henderson, and Stephen Pointer.
