Margaret Amanda Ann Tyler Reid, 50, of Anniston, Alabama, passed away on October 22, 2026. She was born on Spetember 12, 1976.

Amanda brought a bright and unmistakable spirit to the lives of those who knew her. She was sweet, silly, compassionate, and selfless, with a larger-than-life laugh that could fill a room and a heart of gold that made others feel seen, welcomed, and cared for. Her presence was one of warmth and generosity, and she will be remembered for the joy she brought so naturally to everyday life.

She found happiness in simple and familiar pleasures. Amanda loved to be in her pool, where so many easy and cheerful moments were shared. She was an avid reader and took part in a book club, enjoying both the stories themselves and the connection that came with discussing them.

Of all the roles she held in life, the one she treasured most was being a mother. Amanda was deeply proud of her children, and that pride was woven into the way she lived and loved. Being called “Mom” was not simply a name to her, but a cherished part of who she was. Aside from being called “Mom”, those who knew her best, knew her by her nickname, ”Amanda Panda”.

Ms. Reid was preceded in death by her parents, Lee Tyler and Debra Reddy as well as her brother, Danny Tyler.

She is survived by her children, Natalie Reid and Lincoln Reid, and her Step father, John Reddy and many loving friends.
