Margaret Stroud

Ms. Margaret Rose Watson Stroud, age 77, of Carrollton, passed away, Thursday, December 15, 2016. She was born April 9, 1939 in Macon, GA, the daughter of the late Mr. Lonnie Richard Watson and the late Mrs. Gladys Vivian Watson. She loved crocheting, reading, playing bingo and painting ceramics. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandson, Jeffrey Michael Young.She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Catherine and Robert Adkins of Carrollton, Deborah and Edward Edenfield of Tallahassee, FL, Cheryl and Ed Turner of Orlando, FL; son and daughter-in-law, Andrew and Gilda Stroud of Marietta; nine grandchildren, Christy Walker, Lacey Bryant, Andrew Stroud, Anthony Stroud, Preston Edenfield, Edward Edenfield, Seth Edenfield , Jenny Turner and Michael Johnson; eighteen great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews also survive. According to Ms. Stroud’s wishes she was cremated. Memorial Services will be conducted at a later date. Messages of condolence may be sent to the family at www.jones-wynn.com.
