Marian Lovelace Leach

Mrs. Marian Lovelace Leach, age 86, of Douglasville, Georgia passed away Friday, May 18, 2007 at Heartland Hospice in Austell, Georgia. She was born August 30, 1920 in Atlanta, Georgia; the daughter of the late Mr. Brooks W. Lovelace and the late Mrs. Irene Schilling Lovelace. Mrs. Leach resided in Birmingham, Alabama for many years and was a member of the All Saints Episcopal Church and Alter Guild in Edgewood. In 1997, Mrs. Leach moved to Douglasville, Georgia where she attended The Church of the Apostle. Mrs. Leach is survived by daughters and son in-law, Nancy and Asa B. Atkinson of Shaw, Mississippi; Cathy Russo of Douglasville, Georgia; and Susan Reynolds of Charlotte, North Carolina; sister and brother in-law, Eloise and Don Ziegler of Atlanta, Georgia; brother and sister in-law, Brooks W. and Mary Lovelace, Jr. of Hahira, Georgia; four grandchildren; ten great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Graveside Service will be conducted Monday, May 21, 2007 at 3:30 PM from Westview Cemetery in Atlanta, Georgia. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested that donations be made to Dr. Michael Youssef, Leading the Way - Mission Outreach at P.O. Box 20100, Atlanta, Georgia 30325.
