Mrs. Marie Louise JeanClaude Badeau, age 88, of Douglasville, Georgia passed away Friday, May 6, 2011 at Douglasville Nursing and Rehabiliation Center following an extended illness. A native of Haiti, she was born December 16, 1922 the daughter of the late Mr. Dilomme JeanClaude and the late Mrs. Exius Plaisimond JeanClaude. She was a member of the Church of Chapel Hill and was a homemaker. She was devoted to her family and was a loving mother and grandmother. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Julien Badeu; daughter, Berthony Badeu and brother, Roland Plaisimond. She is survived by her daughters and sons-in-law, Marie Carmel Louis Jacques and her husband, Chrispin of Douglasville, GA; Marie Paulette Darbouze and her husband, Jean Claude and Suzette Sincere and her husband, Jean Claude all of Boston, MA: her son and daughter-in-law, Jean and Emmanuella Badeau of Douglasville, GA; sisters, Reginette Plaisimond, Regina Plaisimond, Immaculee Plaisimond and Gracieuse JeanClaude; brother, Frederick Plaisimond; 11 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Funeral Services will be conducted Saturday, May 14, 2011 at 9:00 AM at the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Douglasville. Entombment will follow at Sunrise Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home, Douglas Chapel Friday, May 13, 2011 from 6:00 PM until 8:30 PM. Messages of condolence to the family may be sent from www.jones-wynn.com.
