Marilyn Capps

Mrs. Marilyn Capps, age 93, of Douglasville passed away Saturday, December 8, 2018. She was born October 22, 1925 to the late Mr. Harold E. Hite and Mrs. Ellen Marie Dennis. She was a graduate of The Ohio State University, involved in many clubs, including Pilot Club International, The Palmetto Club, Quota Club International, and American Business Women’s Association.In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husbands, Lt. John Francis Archer, Doyne “Red” Capps; brother, Peter David Hite.She is survived by son and daughter-in-law, John and Sue Archer of Douglasville; granddaughter, Jennifer Archer; two great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews also survive.
