Marion Poore

Marion Poore passed away peacefully at the Paulding Nursing and Rehab Facility, Dallas Georgia on Thursday, April 11, 2024 following long term medical issues. She was a former resident and grew up in the West End area of Atlanta, Georgia where she attended and graduated Brown High School. Following school, she was employed by ATT for 37 years retiring at the age of 55.

 She is preceded in death by her Husband Nelson R. Poore, parents William Huff(Annie Luticia Black Huff), Sisters (infant) Myrtice Huff), Bobbie Ruth Huff, Louise Huff Kerr (Bailey), William (Bill) Huff (Betty) and precious Cat Chloe.

 Surviving are other family members, several Nieces and Nephews, Step-daughter Ann Daniels (Ronnie) and loving friends.

According to Mrs. Poore’s wishes she was cremated, the graveside service will take place on Friday, May 3, 2024 at 12:30 PM at Sunrise Memorial Gardens in Douglasville.
