Marissa Parks

Miss Marissa Ashton Parks, age 25, of Temple passed away Saturday, March 10, 2012. She was born February 18, 1987 in Carrollton, Georgia the daughter of Mr. Charles Bradley Parks and Mrs. Christine Maria Donahue Parks. She was a 2010 graduate of Auburn University receiving a degree in Business Administration. She was a member of Gamma Phi Beta. She was a media specialist for Kids Artistic Review and Super Media. She was preceded in death by her Aunt Jennifer; Grandmom Lorraine; Grandpaw Charlie and Grandma Margie. She is survived by her parents, Charles Bradley and Christine Maria Donahue Parks of Temple; grandfather, Don Denomme of Florida; brothers, Bradley Charles Parks of Temple, Timothy Joshua Parks of Temple; aunts and uncles, Larry and Debbie Parks of Norcross, Kelly and Ed Baldwin of New Jersey, Danny and Angela Parks of Tallapoosa, Bill Donahue of New Jersey; nephew, Tristan Johnson of Temple and several cousins. Special pet, Captain also survives. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home of Villa Rica, Tuesday, March 13, 2012 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM. Funeral Services will be conducted Wednesday, March 14, 2012 at 2:00 PM from the chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home of Villa Rica with Rev. Marlon Spivey officiating.
