Martha Bell

Mrs. Martha Louise Duffy Bell, 88, of Douglasville, Georgia passed away Monday, September 26, 2016. She was born May 8, 1928 in Akron, Ohio, the daughter of the late Mr. Joseph Raymond Duffy and the late Mrs. Annie Jewell Johnson Duffy. She was a homemaker. She loved her family dearly. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by a daughter, Elaine Bell. She is survived by daughters, Peggy Bell of McDonough, GA, Catherine Bell of Houston, TX, and Patricia L. Bell of Florida; sons, Billy Vernon Bell, Jr. of McDonough, GA, Richard L. Bell of Florida and Daniel Stephen Bell of Lubbock, TX; a granddaughter that she raised, Carrie Keierleber and her husband, Erik of Douglasville, GA; sisters and a brother-in-law, Kathleen and Charles Huggins of Conley, GA and Mary Ann Pugh of Griffin, GA; 7 grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Graveside Services will be conducted Friday, September 30, 2016 at 11:00 AM at Westview Cemetery in Atlanta with Rev. Charles Huggins officiating. Interment will follow at Westview Cemetery.
