Martha Willene Horsley

Mrs. Martha Willene Horsley, age 82 of Lithia Springs, Georgia passed away Monday, September 28, 2020. She was born July 21, 1938 in Dallas, Georgia, the daughter of the late Mr. Polly McMichen and the late Mrs. Etta McMichen. Mrs. Horsley was a born again Christian, a Godly woman who loved the Lord. She was a loving wife and mother. She loved flowers, especially daffodils, traveling and shopping. Mrs. Horsley was a member of Corner Baptist Church in Powder Springs since 1960. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by son, Tony Horsley; brother, Larry Truman McMichen. Mrs. Horsley is survived by her husband of 62 years, Mr. Larry L. Horsley of Lithia Springs, Georgia; daughter and son-in-law, Linda and David Canup of Douglasville, Georgia; sons and daughter-in-law, Russell and Deborah Horsley of Powder Springs, Georgia, Randy and Karen Horsley of Bowdon, Georgia and Family. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home of Douglasville Thursday, October 1, 2020 from 10:00 AM until 12:00 PM. Funeral service will be live streamed on our Facebook page starting at 1:00 PM, but according to the families wishes the Funeral Service and Interment will be Private.
