Marvin Dean Mader

Marvin “Dean” Mader, 63, of Carrollton, passed away on Sunday, December 8, 2024. He was born on April 13, 1961, the son of the late Marvin Peter Mader and Opal Juanita Brown Mader.

A devoted family man, Dean loved his family immensely and cherished every moment spent with them. He was a loving husband and father to his only daughter. He took great pride in his role as a Paw Paw to his beloved grandchildren, Lane and Addyson. His presence brought joy to their lives, creating memories that will be treasured forever. Dean was a devoted Christian who knew Jesus as his Lord and Savior. Dean enjoyed grilling out with his family, watching the Atlanta Falcons, Kansas City Chiefs and the Atlanta Braves baseball. Some of his best times were spent out on the water fishing with his brother-in-law.

He is survived by his loving wife, Lisha Mader; daughter and son-in-law, Erin and Brandon Beasley of Bowdon; sisters and brother-in-law, Cindy Reese of Villa Rica, Jeannie and Steve Holland of Panama City, Florida; brother and sister-in-law, Mike and Linda Mader of Adairsville; two grandchildren, Lane Beasley and Addyson Beasley; numerous nieces and nephews; great nieces and great nephews.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 11, 2024 from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home Villa Rica Chapel. Funeral services will be conducted on Thursday, December 12, 2024 at 2:00 PM from the Villa Rica Chapel at Jones-Wynn with Rev. Marcus Miller officiating.
