Mrs. Marvis Huckeba Garrison, 74, of Villa Rica, Georgia passed away Friday, June 16, 2017. A native of Carroll County, she was born September 23, 1942, the daughter of the late Mr. Ulus Tillman Huckeba and the late Mrs. Nellie Bass Huckeba. She owned and operated the Huddle House in Carrollton for over 23 years. She was of the Baptist Faith. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles “Chuck” Garrison; son, Michael C. Garrison. She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law, Lisha and Dean Mader of Carrollton; one granddaughter and her husband, Erin and Brandon Beasley of Carrollton; two great-grandchildren, Lane Beasley and Addyson Beasley; and her dog, Rico.The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica, Saturday, June 17, 2017 from 6:00 PM until 8:00PM. Graveside Services will be conducted Monday, June 19, 2017 at 3:00 PM at the Carrollton City Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in memory of Mrs. Marvis Garrison may be made to Tanner Hospice Care, PO Box 1136, Carrollton, GA 30116.
