Mrs. Mary Farley Patterson, age 89, of Douglasville, Georgia passed away Friday, July 16, 2010 at her residence. She was born January 21, 1921 in Birmingham, Alabama the daughter of the late Mr. Arthur Clint Farley and Mrs. Idella Igo Farley. She was a homemaker and of the Assembly of God Faith. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Johnny Patterson. She is survived by her daughters, Josie Ann Grantham of Douglasville and Edna Jean Dennis of Sylacauga, AL; sister, Christine Armstrong of Birmingham, AL; 5 grandchildren, Patricia Page, Ronald McCombs, Ricky Grantham, Becky Daniel and Anthony Grantham; 4 great grandchildren, Jeromy Page, Jamie Smallwood, Paige Daniel and Kristin Daniel; 3 great great-grandchildren, Ashton Smallwood, Brayden Smallwood, and soon to be born Baby Page; several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral Services will be conducted Sunday, July 18, 2010 at 2:00 PM from the Douglas Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home with Pastor Roland Yarborough officiating. Interment will follow at Sunrise Memorial Gardens. The following will serve as pallbearers: Barry Page, Ricky Grantham, Matt Daniel, Dwayne Sisson, Anthony Grantham, Jeromy Page and Jason Smallwood. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home, Douglas Chapel, Saturday, July 17, 2010 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
