Mary Gaynell Eller Smallwood

Mrs. Mary Gaynell Smallwood, 70, of Rockmart Road, Villa Rica, Georgia passed away Thursday, July 21, 2005 at Cobb Hospital in Austell, Georgia. She was born January 24, 1935, in Fulton County, Georgia. She was the daughter of the late Alvin Eugene Eller and the late Virginia Christine Pierce Eller. Mrs. Smallwood was of the Baptist faith. She was a homemaker. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Smallwood was preceded in death by her husband, Freddie Hugh “Bud” Smallwood, her daughter, Chris Stockston and her granddaughter, Wendee Stockston. Survivors include her son, Mark W. Smallwood of Villa Rica; two sisters and brother-in-law, Doris Eller of Villa Rica and Betty and Jack Herrin of Villa Rica; 1 grandchild; 1 great grandchild; and several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services will be conducted on Monday, July 25, 2005 at 2:00 PM from the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica with Rev. Floyd Henderson officiating. Pallbearers will be Jeff Butler, Joe Herrin, Jerry Herrin, Tony Worley, Josh Worley and Chad Smallwood. Interment will follow in the Cornerstone Garden of Meadowbrook Memory Gardens on Hickory Level Road in Villa Rica, Georgia. The family will be receiving friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica, Sunday, July 24, 2005 from 3:00 PM until 8:00 PM and Monday, July 25, 2005 from 10:00 AM until the funeral hour.
