Mary Lavern Harrington

Mary Lavern Harrington, 69, of Villa Rica, passed away on Monday, December 16, 2024. She was born on February 2, 1955, the daughter of the late Earl P. Glasgow and the late Sara Linda Rutherford.

Mary’s greatest joy came from spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.. She found immense joy in camping trips and leisurely days spent at the lake, where she enjoyed the beauty of the outdoors. 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Linda Joyce Goss.

She is survived by her husband Mike Harrington; daughter and son-in-law, Tabitha and Paul DeWitt of Villa Rica; sons and daughters-in-law, Russell and Lisa Turner, Todd and Melissa Turner all of Powder Springs; brother, Roy Sims of Kennesaw; seven grandchildren, Austin Sargent, Jessica and Zach Crowe, Devin Sargent, Brooke Turner, Connor Turner, Christian Turner, and Chandler Turner.

The family will have a celebration of life on Sunday, February 2, 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Echo Mills Clubhouse, 5675 Harbormist Drive, Powder Springs, GA 30127.
