Mary Heath

Mrs. Mary Alice Laney Heath, age 87, of Lithia Springs, passed away, Sunday, July 29, 2018. She was born July 4, 1931 in Hickory, NC the daughter of the late Mr. William Carson Laney and the late Mrs. Ethel Mae Parker Laney. Mrs. Heath enjoyed golfing and working on word puzzles. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Chester Hoyt Heath; sister, Myrtle Mae Laney. She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Ted and Beatriz Heath of Marietta; brothers and sister-in-law, John William and Joan Lane of North Carolina, Richard Glenn Laney of North Carolina; two grandchildren, Gwyneth Heath and Adriana Heath; several nieces and nephews also survive. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Douglasville, Saturday, August 4, 2018 from 10:00 AM until 10:45 AM Graveside Services will be conducted Saturday, August 4, 2018 at 11:00 AM from County Line Baptist Church Cemetery.
