Mary Paige

Mrs. Mary Monroe Paige, 88, of Marietta, Georgia passed away Wednesday, May 10, 2017 at A.G. Rhodes Nursing Home in Marietta. She was born February 26, 1929 in Atlanta, Georgia, the daughter of the late Mr. Elbert P. Monroe and the late Mrs. Lois Adelle Holbrook Monroe. She was a homemaker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 64 years, Jack L. Paige; her son, Ross Paige; one sister and five brothers. She is survived by her children and their spouses, Alice and Charlie Holloway of Winston, Tommy Paige of Douglasville, Cynthia and Steve Tidwell of Lagrange, Russell Paige of Ozark, AL, and Randy and Jane Paige of Douglasville; brother and sister-in-law, Harry and Juanita Monroe of College Park; 16 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Douglasville, Friday, May 12, 2017 from 2:00 PM until 3:00 PM. Memorial Services will be conducted Friday, May 12, 2017 at 3:00 PM at Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Douglasville with Rev. Glenn Petero officiating and her grandson, Matt Holloway providing the eulogy. Musical selections will be provided by Ivan Winslett.
