Mrs. Mary Stephens Rush Taylor, 77, of Asbury Road, Temple, Georgia passed away Saturday, October 20, 2007 at her home. She was born February 26, 1930 in Haralson County, Georgia the daughter of the late Mr. Lovie Stephens and the late Mrs. Annie Mae Newman Stephens. She was a member of New Brooklyn Baptist Church. She worked as a seamstress. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband, Cecil Rush; second husband, James Taylor; daughter, Evelyn Rush; stepdaughters, Janis Taylor and Debra Taylor and stepson, James Taylor. She is survived by three daughters and sons-in-law, Judy and James Greer of Jacksonville, FL, Janice and James Johns of Yulee, FL, and Diane and Butch Ginnetto of Hilliard, FL; one son and daughter-in-law, William and Judy Rush of Temple; stepdaughter, Peggy Taylor of Marietta; stepson, Keith Taylor of Marietta; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren also survive. Funeral Services will be conducted Tuesday, October 23, 2007 at 11:00 AM from the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home with Rev. Mike McNeese and Rev. Aaron Johnson officiating. Interment will follow at Pleasant Grove Cemetery. The following will serve as pallbearers: John Moore, Dale Watson, Steve Thompson, Gene Holliman, Robert Rush and Billy Maples. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica, Monday, October 22, 2007 from 3:00 PM until 9:00 PM.
