Mary Virginia "Ginny Baby" Burnette Gillham

Mrs. Mary Virginia “Ginny Baby” Gillham, 72, of Conyers, GA passed away Monday, September 19, 2005 at Rockdale Medical Center. She was born February 18, 1933 in Monroe, Georgia the daughter of the late Mr. Willie Burnette and the late Mrs. Beulah Jones Burnette. She was a member of New Hope Methodist Church in Between, Georgia. Mrs. Gillham was a waitress. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Frank Gillham; daughter, Gwendolyn Meers and son, Mike Bowen. She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Pamela Bowen and Mark Pugmire of Lawrenceville; two sons and daughter-in-law, William Bowen of Cleveland, GA and Stephen and Debbie Bowen of Golden Corner, SC; two sisters, Odell Earnest of Covington and Lillian Woodruff of Monroe; one brother and sister-in-law, Larry and Wilma Burnette of Hawthorne, FL; 9 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral Services will be conducted Thursday, September 22, 2005 at 11:00 AM from the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home with Preacher Barry Peppers officiating. Interment will follow at New Hope Methodist Church in Between, Georgia. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica on Wednesday, September 21, 2005 from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM.
