Mr. Matthew Lewis Anderson, age 36 of Temple, Georgia passed away Thursday, January 14, 2021. He was born August 8, 1984 in Austell, Georgia, the son of Mr. Dewey Edward Anderson, Jr. and Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Myers Anderson. Mr. Anderson was a musician who loved to play the drums and guitar. He loved UGA Football, his mustang and fishing. Go Dawgs! Mr. Anderson is survived by his parents, Dewey Edward Anderson, Jr., of Greenville, South Carolina, Mary Elizabeth Anderson of Summerville, Georgia; sister and brother-in-law, Rosemary and Michael Dixon of Temple, Georgia; step-sister, Elaine Vallandingham of Florida; step-brother, Russell Anderson of Florida; nephew, Jacob Dixon of Temple, Georgia. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home of Villa Rica, Sunday, January 17, 2021 from 3:00 PM until 5:00 PM. Funeral Services will be conducted Sunday, January 17, 2021 at 5:00 PM from the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home of Villa Rica with Rev. Jim Grieme officiating.
