Matthew Paul Brock

Mr. Matthew Paul Brock, age 52, of Villa Rica, Georgia passed away on Sunday, November 14, 2021. He was born June 13, 1969 in Atlanta, Georgia, the son of the late Paul Albert Brock and the late Martha Tribble Brock. He worked for almost 30 years as a diesel tech for Cummins, Inc. Matt first and foremost, loved his boys. He loved fishing, racing drag cars and the mountains. He was an avid UGA football fan, coached Dylan's baseball team and he helped Colin with Cub Scouts. Matt is survived by his wife of over 14 years, Jennifer Patrice Miller Brock of Villa Rica; his sons, Dylan Brock and Colin Brock, both of Villa Rica; his sister and brother-in-law, Sherry and Manny Apanay of Stockbridge; his nieces and nephews, Aaron, Jennison, Tyler Jennison, Chad Jennison, Ashley Cavalcante, Danielle Cavalcante and Emily Cavalcante. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home and Cremation Services of Villa Rica, Sunday, November 21, 2021 from 4:00PM until 6:00PM. Funeral services will be conducted Sunday, November 21, 2021 at 6:00PM. Following the service and in accordance with Matt's wishes, he will be cremated.
