Matthew “Tripp” Robin Wagner, age 34, of Dallas passed away Friday, March 29, 2024. He was born October 30, 1989 in Lithia Springs to Mr. Robin Wagner and Mrs. Gwendolyn Wagner.
Matthew was a smart, creative and exciting man. He received his education from West Georgia for his Arborist diploma. Ever since he was a child he loved motors, mechanics and going fast. He was amazing on a dirt bike and enjoyed competing. As he grew older he learned more about engines and could hear a random car and tell you what’s wrong with it. He had a ford lighting and a bronco and was always working on them. They became a passion project to make each one of them the loudest and fastest thing on the road. When Matthew wasn’t working he enjoyed family time. Each weekend he would rotate taking his kids on father-daughter and father-son dates. The word “no” was never in his vocabulary with them. He loved playing racing games with them, going to baseball games, and drawing with them.
Matthew is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Grady Harold Tarpley; paternal grandparents, Stan and Madlyn Wagner; maternal great grandfather, Eulis “Mt. Pa” Davenport.
He is survived by his wife, Sabrina “Brie” Wagner of Dallas; daughters, Julia Seiger, Victoria Seiger; son, Zachary Seiger; mother, Gwendolyn Wagner of Lithia Springs, father, Robin (Amy) Wagner of Smyrna; brothers, Josh Thomas Wagner of Lithia Springs, Douglas Wagner of Smyrna; maternal grandmother, Rose Mary Tarpley of Blue Ridge; several aunts and uncles, and several cousins.
