Maxwell Ballard

Maxwell Quinton Ballard Mr. Maxwell Quinton Ballard, of Villa Rica, passed away Thursday, December 19, 2013. He was born in Randolph County, AL the son of the late Mr. James Millard Ballard and the late Mrs. Annie Eula Maxwell Ballard. He retired from the U. S. Postal Service for many years and was a veteran of WWII. He is survived by his sisters, Betty Ballard of Villa Rica and Helen Ballard of Villa Rica. Memorial Services will be conducted Saturday, February 15, 2014 at 11:00 AM at the Villa Rica First United Methodist Church. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Villa Rica First United Methodist Church Building Fund. Messages of condolence may be sent to the family at www.jones-wynn.com.
