Merel Reffner

Mr. Merel “Buddy” Osborne Reffner, 77, of Villa Rica, Georgia passed away Tuesday, July 21, 2015. He was born February 23, 1938 in Hopewell, Virginia, the son of the late Mr. Merel Orville Reffner and the late Mrs. Burnell Virginia Brooks Reffner. He retired as a Senior Program Analyst for American Airlines. He was of the Baptist Faith. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Susan Reffner. He is survived by daughter, Cynthia Diane Reffner of Norman, OK; son, Craig D. Reffner of Oklahoma City, OK; sister and brother-in-law, Patricia and Peter Mordensky of Winston, GA. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Douglasville, Friday, July 24, 2015 from 2:00 PM until 3:00 PM. Memorial Services will be conducted Friday, July 24, 2015 at 3:00 PM at the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Douglasville with Dr. Billy Godwin officiating.
