Michael Floyd Milam

April 30, 1949 — August 18, 2005

Mr. Michael Floyd Milam, 56, of Temple, Georgia passed away Thursday, August 18, 2005 at his residence. He was born in Albertville, Alabama the son of the late Mr. Marcus William Milam and the late Mrs. Dessie Lou Clayburn Milam. Mr. Milam was a veteran of the United States Navy having served during the Vietnam War. He worked for CSX Railroad as an inspector. In addition to his parents, Mr. Milam was preceded in death by his brother Marcus Milam, Jr. He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Crystal Michele and David Williams of Bremen; son, Benjamin Marcus Milam of Temple; sister, Robin Lynette Strong of Alabama; brothers, Terry Leon Milam of Powder Springs and Cecil Edward Milam of Mableton; grandchildren, Dylan Williams and Michael Devin Williams also survive. Memorial Services will be planned at a later date. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Saturday, August 20, 2005 from 6:00PM until 9:00PM.
