Michael Keith Southerland

Mr. Michael Keith Southerland, 26, of Woodland, Alabama passed away Thursday, December 13, 2007. Mr. Southerland was born December 24, 1980 in Cobb County, Georgia; the son of the late Anthony Southerland and Martha Bearden Southerland. Mr. Southerland was employed as a diesel mechanic at McGriff Tire Company in Oxford, Alabama and was of the Baptist faith. Mr. Southerland was preceded in death by his father, Anthony Southerland, and is survived by his mother, Martha Bearden Southerland of Villa Rica; son, Kevin Southerland of Woodland, Alabama; sisters, Melinda Thomas of Haralson County, Dewana Shepherd of Temple, and Brandy Southerland of Buchanan; brothers, Shaun Southerland of Buchanan, Chris Southerland of Temple, Patrick Southerland of Villa Rica, and Mark Shepherd of Villa Rica; and several nieces, nephews, and dear friends. Funeral Services will be conducted Friday, December 21, 2007 at 1:00 PM from the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica, Georgia with Deacon John Lewis Southerland officiating. Interment will follow at Mozley Memorial Gardens in Lithia Springs, Georgia. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica Friday, December 21, 2007 from 10:30 AM until the funeral hour.
