Michael Mayfield

Mr. Michael Stewart “Mike” Mayfield, age 61, of Villa Rica, passed away Tuesday, January 14, 2014. He was born, December 30, 1952, in Sylacauga, AL the son of the late Mr. Royal Stewart Mayfield and the late Mrs. Elsie Elizabeth Boyd Mayfield Henderson. He worked for Americold Logistics for 37 years. He is survived by his wife, Grace Belle Baskin Mayfield of Villa Rica; daughter, Layla Mayfield of Villa Rica; sister and brother-in-law, Patricia and Danny Carden of Fayetteville; Several nieces, nephews and cousins also survive. Memorial Services will be conducted Saturday, January 18, 2014 at 11:00 AM from the chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica with Pastor David Mayfield and Pastor Chad Williams officiating.
