Michele Moya

Mrs. Michele McCorkle Moya, age 40, of Douglasville, Georgia passed away Tuesday, February 23, 2010. She was born April 3, 1969 in Joplin, Missouri the daughter of the late Mrs. Pricilla Zumwalt McCorkle and Mr. John McCorkle of Palmetto. She was of the Protestant Faith and worked as a loan officer for Wilkes Finance in Douglasville. She enjoyed traveling and painting. She was devoted to her family. She is survived by her husband, Guillermo Moya of Douglasville; daughter, Celyssa Isabel Moya of Douglasville; son, Emmanuel Ricardo Carapia of Douglasville; her father, John McCorkle of Palmetto; brothers and sister-in-law, Michael McCorkle of Douglasville of Martin and Sonya McCorkle of Decatur; several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews also survive. Funeral Services will be conducted Saturday, February 27, 2010 at 11:00 AM from the Douglas Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home with Pastor Roger Fowler officiating. Interment will follow at Sunrise Memorial Gardens in Douglasville. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home, Douglas Chapel, Saturday, February 27, 2010 from 10:00 AM until 11:00 AM.
