Michelle Renee Williams Morgan

Ms. Michelle Reneé Williams Morgan, age 55 of Douglasville, Georgia, passed away January 9, 2022. She is the daughter of Peggy Lewis Kennedy and the late Anthony Ray Williams. Michelle has a special love for singing and was a member of the choir at West Metro Church of God in Douglasville, Georgia. She enjoyed her time with family, especially planning parties and gatherings with her aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins. She is survived by her mother and step father, Peggy Lewis Kennedy and Thomas Wendell Kennedy; sons, Anthony Bryant Williams of New York, New York, and Thomas Lee Morgan of Odessa, Texas; sister and brother-in-law, Donna (Jonathan) Durant of Douglasville, Georgia; brothers and sisters-in-law, Wendell (Kim) Kennedy of Douglasville, Georgia, and Anthony Raymond Williams and Lequilla Pittman of Douglasville, Georgia; many nieces and nephews also survive. The family will receive friends on Friday, January 14, 2022, from 6:00 to 8:00 PM at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home Douglas Chapel. Ms. Morgan will lie in state from 11:00 AM until 12:00 PM on Saturday, January 15, 2022, at West Metro Church of God in Douglasville, Georgia, with the funeral service to immediately follow at 12:00 PM at West Metro Church of God in Douglasville, Georgia.
