Sweet baby Miguel Mateo Lemus was delivered into Heaven before he was delivered into the arms of his loving parents, Jose Arturo Lemus and Mary Carmen Miranda Lemus of Winston, Georgia, on December 17, 2013 at Northside Hospital in Atlanta. The family will receive friends at Jones-Wynn Funeral Home, Douglas Chapel Thursday, December 19, 2013 from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM. Funeral Services will be conducted Friday, December 20, 2013 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home with Father Fernando Molina-Restrepo officiating.
