Mildred Elizabeth Stephens Williams

Mrs. Mildred Elizabeth Stephens Williams, age 70, of Temple, Georgia passed away on October 6, 2009 at her residence. She was born September 9, 1939 in Villa Rica, Georgia to the late Mr. Henry Leslie Stephens and the late Mrs. Eunice Elizabeth Harper Stephens-Agan. She retired from Sears where she worked as an assistant manager. Mrs. Williams was a member of the Faith Baptist Church in Temple. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her son David Williams. She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Mr. Bobby Eugene “Gene” Williams; a daughter and son-in-law Jena and Darrell Hubbard of Temple; a sister and brother-in-law, Linda and Hubert Tyson of Temple; grandchildren Ken & Kim Hubbard, and Jonathan & Laurie Williams of Carrollton, Beth Hubbard and Jodie Williams of Temple; great-grandson Caleb Williams; several nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services will be held Thursday, October 8, 2009 at 3:00 PM from the Chapel of Jones-Wynn Funeral Home in Villa Rica with Rev. Travis Prichard and Rev. Thomas Garner officiating. Interment will follow at the Faith Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday, October 7, 2009 from 5:00pm to 9:00pm at the Villa Rica Chapel.
